We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry purchase from Jewelry Consultants when you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied within 15 business days from the date of delivery, we will cheerfully refund your purchase price.

if the return is sent within 15 days of receipt and confirmed by email. Must email with intent to return within 7 days of receiving item and obtain an RA Number.

Returns must be in original condition sent prepaid and the credit will be less actual shipping cost . Items that have been sized or altered cannot be returned.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Complimentary for orders under $1,000 or more, $10 for any order.

Complimentary for orders $1,000 or more, $25 for any order.

Overnight $35 for any order.

Please keep an eye on your email: we'll send a notification when your order is placed, ships, and when your order is delivered. Be sure and check your spam/junk folder if you do not find it in your inbox.

Due to the surging demand for deliveries and unprecedented supply chain disruptions this year, some shipping carriers are experiencing nationwide delays. We recommend shopping early to ensure your packages arrive in time for the holidays-please know we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience.

Signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $500.00.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays and are pending credit card approval. Lee Michaels reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation.

If you order any merchandise that is a special order, ship times are stated on that specific product page.

RETURNS

 Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your shipment you may return your purchased items in their original condition for a full refund (minus any shipping fees), no reasons required.

You will have to pay for shipping the returned item.

Items that are returned during the fifteen (15) days after delivery which are damaged or altered will not be refunded.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

  Items being returned to Jewelry Consultants must be insured for shipping. For items under $500.00 total, we recommend insured mail. For items over $500.00 total, we recommend registered mail.

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for your return.
