with side diamonds, set in 18k gold.

Center is set with natural round diamond, (color enhanced) approx. 5.0mm, at .45ct in weight. 

Also set with 44 round brilliant side diamonds at .68ct tw diamond weight. 

Diamond clarity VS - SI, color G-H, cut very good.
