~10cts Star Sapphire Cabochon and Diamond Ring

This blue star sapphire measures about 14x12mm, weighs approximately 10.00 carats!!! 

When viewed under incandescent lighting the star sapphire displays a shimmering six-legged star. 

Not sure about stone's origin so I would assume it is lab created.

The mounting is hand crafted in lined 14k solid gold and is set with 2 little diamonds, approx. .06 carats total.
