This fantastic ring is centered with an oval cabochon cut cat's eye moonstone that weighs approximately 12 carats and is set in a four double-prong setting.
The top of the ring is set fifty four (54) round diamonds, and twenty, (20) baguette cut light blue sapphires.
The ring measures approx. 18mm at the top, rises 12mm above the finger.
